A careful blend of two thirds white flour and one third rye flour. The addition of a wild starter and a long, slow fermentation process results in this pleasantly sour tasting loaf which develops flavour throughout the day.
Ingredients: Canadian Blend Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin, Folic acid), Water, Dark Rye Flour, Salt
